• Last Pieces: We change our range regularly so our designers, architects and homeowners don’t get bored and our products retain their exclusivity.
• Late Delivery/Overstock: Occasionally we receive goods from suppliers later than anticipated. It happens to all importers.
• Slightly Imperfect and Showroom Samples: Almost every product we sell is to some extent handmade that can result in small flaws in the finished surfaces or shape. We also like to change our showroom samples regularly and they may very occasionally have minor wear. Neither of these reasons compromise either aesthetics or electrical warranties and safety when installed.

Many of these items can be reordered project specific - price available on enquiry. All prices include GST, exclude lightbulbs and freight - although goods can be collected from our showroom or freight quoted separately. These items are non returnable.
