Some of our larger lighting and furniture pieces require special handling and custom shipping arrangements. These products will have a Request for Shipping Quote button on each page. You can select products for quote and complete the request form to receive a personalised shipping quote before placing your order.
NZ Stockedis a style we normally have stock of in our warehouse. Stock of these styles does fluctuate, and we occasionally are out of stock. When this happens the stock levels will be on our website. We try to have new stock available as soon as we can.
"Indent"refers to a style that we bring in by request. Offering indent orders allows us to provide the very wide selection of styles and variations we have available for our customers. Many of these products will be manufactured to order.
There is a lead time involved with Indent orders which can vary, but as a rule of thumb you should allow 12-14 weeks for manufacture and shipping. In many cases we can also arrange for airfreight to meet tighter timeframes – contact our team for more information.
We are a hard-working small team and aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days from receipt of payment. We will provide you with the courier tracking information you need to stay informed.
If you are collecting your order from our Epsom showroom, you need to allow 3 days from payment for it to arrive to the showroom from our warehouse.
We source styles from around the world, including China, India, Egypt, and here in New Zealand. Our team are always looking for the next show-stopping piece to add to our range.
