All lighting installations must be performed by a registered electrician to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. If you do not have an electrician, we can recommend qualified professionals to assist with the installation process.

Certain feature lighting fixtures, such as crystal chandeliers, often require additional assembly after the main fitting has been installed. This typically involves attaching crystals or other decorative elements separately - to prevent damage and to make handling safer, especially for large or heavy pieces. Separating these steps also helps protect delicate components during transport and installation.

To support these needs, we offer installation assistance services. This service is charged at an hourly rate which includes travel time. It is important that safe and accessible working conditions are arranged in advance for our technician, which may include scaffolding or other necessary equipment depending on the installation site.
