Shipping & Delivery

Order Dispatch

We aim to dispatch in stock items within 7 days of order. Oversized items may require a longer lead time while special shipping arrangements are finalised. Indent order items will be dispatched as soon as possible once landed in our warehouse.

We process orders in chronological order. If you require specific shipping arrivals, please contact our team with the details.

Delivery Timeframes

Please note that timelines after dispatch may vary slightly depending on freight carrier schedules and external factors. We will provide you with tracking information to keep up to date directly with the carrier.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are automatically calculated on our website. If you have any queries about a delivery charge, please reach out to us at info@muranoplus.com.

Rural addresses may be subject to an additional charge, which may not be calculated automatically via the website. If in doubt, contact us directly for a quote. 

Furniture or oversized items will incur shipping charges based on your location, request a quote for these styles either via the website or contact us, and we will provide this promptly.

We only deliver to New Zealand street addresses (no PO Boxes).

All deliveries are sent via courier or specialist freight partners depending on item size.

Signature on Delivery

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. Please carefully inspect your order before signing:

  • If there is visible damage or packaging issues, do not sign until noted with the courier.
  • Failure to inspect before signing may affect your ability to make a claim later.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our warehouse.

Collection

You are welcome to collect your order from our Epsom showroom free of charge. We will need to bring your order in from our warehouse in Penrose, so please let us know when to expect you.

Order Issues & Damages

If you receive:

  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect goods
  • Items that do not match your expectations

Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will work quickly to resolve the issue. Claims made after 24 hours may not be accepted.
