Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident and excited about your purchase, which is why we encourage thoughtful selection before placing an order. As a small business with carefully sourced and curated pieces, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Please take a moment to consider the important details: size, colour, material, and how the piece will suit your space and style. Every environment is different, and making sure it’s the right fit from the start helps avoid disappointment later.

Once a purchase is made, we are unable to offer refunds, credits, or exchanges if the item is no longer suitable for your needs. We appreciate your understanding and your commitment to considered choices.
Indent & Custom Design Orders
Our indent and custom-made pieces are crafted in small, carefully produced runs—each with its own unique character. While we do our best to match the samples, images, or previously stocked items as closely as possible, please keep in mind that slight variations can occur due to the handmade nature of these products.
These subtle differences are part of what makes each piece special.
Please note: copyright responsibility for custom or indent items rests with the purchaser. By placing an order, you confirm that all designs and materials provided comply with applicable copyright laws.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
We take great care in packing and dispatching your order, but if something arrives damaged or faulty, we’re here to help - just let us know as soon as possible.
Please report any damages within 24 hours of receiving your goods, and any faults within 7 days. Claims made outside these timeframes may not be accepted. To help us assess the issue quickly, please include clear photos and keep the original packaging—it’s needed for repacking and/or documentation.
If your claim is approved, we’ll arrange a replacement once the faulty item is returned to us. Please note: returns must be sent back in the original packaging and to the original dispatch address. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that don’t meet these conditions.
If the same item is no longer available, we’ll issue a credit, valid for 12 months, which can be used toward your next purchase or a similar product. Please note that freight costs are not credited.
Replacement items will be shipped to the original delivery address provided with the order. Any damage incurred during freight is the responsibility of the buyer, so we recommend ensuring appropriate insurance coverage.
